Entry 1: Descriptive Reflection: Strengths and Challenges in Communicating
During a lesson, we were asked what were our strength and challenges we face when communicating with others. I struggled to find the answer for awhile as this is the first time I was asked what were my strengths. I had always knew what the challenges I face was but I did not really know what I could call my strength. But after thinking about it, I think that my strength is that I am able to communicate with others neutrally without a problem. Being able to communicate with others from a neutral point means that you do not put your personal feelings into the picture even if you really dislike the other party. It may not seem much but I think it is a useful trait to have. When working with someone you dislike you would tend to avoid making contact with them as much as possible, however I am willing to make contact with them and help them if needed without a problem.
